Homeless men and women of Marathon County who need structure become complete in Christ.

Accordingly,

1. The target age range for service will be ages 18-64
2. The initial priority for residential services will be men.
3. Becoming complete in Christ includes:
   1. A growing disciple of Christ
   2. Active in a church
   3. Live in healthy relationships
   4. Live in structure, accountability and stability
   5. Become employed and employable
